With in-house design, engineering & fabrication facilities across Australia, our entire range is Australian Made to withstand Australia's harsh coastal living conditions. Our team shares a passion for helping professionals & property owners to redefine the boundaries between inside & out.

Five steps from design to handover.
Utilising 25 years of industry experience, we have formulated a five-step project process — the order below is the order your project follows.

Design & Cost
Our process starts with you visiting our website and creating a Build through our online Configurator Tool or completing our Budget Estimate Form. Once we have received your information, we will send through the specification (Build Summary) and then make contact to discuss it. Following our conversation, we finalise the specification & prepare a Budget Estimate or Proposal. We also have showrooms with full-size systems to assist professionals through the initial design process.

Order
Once the design, including the Budget Estimate or Proposal, has been approved, a Skymax project consultant will meet you on-site or in our showroom to run through the project in detail. We then send our final Confirmation of Order including all inclusions, exclusions, lead times, payment terms, layout drawings & specifications. You sign & return the Confirmation of Order, and we forward the deposit invoice.

Measure
Once your order has been placed (Confirmation of Order signed & returned and the deposit received), our project manager will book your project for the final check measure, where all details relating to your installation are confirmed.

Production
Your system is fabricated in-house in Australia from high-quality marine-grade non-corrosive materials, to the exact specifications confirmed at check measure.

Installation
On the day of installation, the area directly below and surrounding is to be clear of building materials, furniture and trades. Once the system has been installed, tested & handed over, you are ready to enjoy your newly created outdoor space. We then contact you to ensure you are delighted, and forward the operation manual, warranty & invoice for final payment.
