Energy efficiency
Unlike single-skinned roofing materials such as polycarbonate or steel (which generate substantial heat gain), our unique dual-skin louvre design provides excellent thermal insulation and can be optioned with our exclusive Wavetech acoustic inlay. Opening louvred roofs reduce energy consumption by controlling sunlight, heat build-up & promoting ventilation.
Natural light control
Fully open the louvres to let the available light flood in. In summer, angle the louvres to reflect sunlight for shaded, well-ventilated, natural illumination. For winter sun, tilt the louvres to let direct light penetrate, creating a warm and protected outdoor space.
Rain & wind
Designed in Australia for Australian conditions and engineered to withstand winds up to cyclonic categories, with project-specific engineering available. All Aerotech models feature an integrated guttering system for heavy rain, and each louvre locks down firmly over our storm-insertion strip housed within the louvre profile.

100% non-corrosive commercial-grade extruded aluminium, 316 marine-grade stainless steel end plates, springs & pins, hardened nylon bushes, and German-made rain-insertion profiles — guaranteed against rain ingress for years to come.

Total climate control.
The Aerotech System opens and closes by premium German-made 240V electric linear actuator, operated by wall switch, handheld remote, or your mobile device. It's easy to adapt to changing weather thanks to Aerotech's ingenious control options and integrated accessories: rain sensor, sun-tracking, wind sensor & timer control.
Two frame options.
Fit the system directly to your existing support frame (minimum 230mm opening height with a flat, solid internal finish), or option a Skymax powder-coated structural aluminium 250mm × 50mm support frame — in aluminium, steel, cladded or timber-integrated designs to blend with your architecture. Select from over 300 standard Dulux or Interpon powder colours or a custom anodised finish.
